This process also known as permanent makeup / permanent cosmetics, micropigmentation, or cosmetic tattooing, is a specialized technique of depositing colored pigments into the skin to enhance your features and appearance. This long lasting procedure is fast becoming one of the most popular beauty treatments available today. It is commonly used to fill in sparse eyebrows, help improve the appearance of full eyelashes, to emphasize the eyes, or to define and increase color in the lips or to camouflage scars.
Great eyebrows provide a lift for the eyes and the frame for the face. The Permanent Makeup Technicians will measure and design unique eyebrows for each individual. After we determine the size, shape, and symmetry of the eyebrows, they are stenciled. Before the procedure begins the perfect color will be determined and agreed upon. So that you are satisfied with the final result you will participate in the entire process. The finished brows will have a soft powdery/shaded look or for clients without eyebrows the hair stroke method is used to achieve a natural look.
An “eyelash enhancement” creates a subtle look by placing the pigments between lashes(not above). This makes your eyelashes more defined without an eyeliner look. The procedure is a fresh-faced enhancement that brings out the color of your eyes without a “makeup” look.
For more defined eyes, choose from a thin medium to medium-thick eyeliner. There are a variety of different pigment colors to complement your eyes from natural taupe and soft brown to a warm or deep. For people who want a distinctive look on the outer corner of the top eyelid, it can be stylized with a wedge or small wing to give the eye an uplifted look. These beauty effects sculpt your eyes with a dramatic look of eyeliner. We will discuss the overall effect you desire so that your precise eyeliner look can be achieved.
Also available is the shadowing of eyeliner color, (sometimes referred to as the “designer liner”). This sultry type of eyeliner is a designed with two colors, a light smoky color on top and a dark color at the base of the lash line.
Whether you are seeking a natural appearance or prefer a dramatic effect, permanent eyeliner is an answer.
Many women enjoy lip color, but do not like the problems associated with conventional makeup. Permanent makeup solves those problems, such as the “feathering” lip liner that draws attention to unattractive wrinkles around the mouth. Lipliner only creates a more defined look. It is good for correcting asymmetrical and faded lip borders. The lipliner can also be done with color lightly shaded into the lip for a more natural look. Most people prefer full lip color that brings vibrancy to their face. Full lip color can give you the optical illusion of fuller looking lips without painful and temporary injection.
LIP CONTOUR (LINER) AND BLEND
Loss of lip shape and color can be caused by maturing skin, hormonal changes, scarring, and more. Lip contour & blend redefines the natural lip line by placing color in the vermillion border and then discretely blending color into the lip. This natural enhancement can be done with a soft neutral pigment color, similar to your own lips or with a more vibrant pigment color Either way the end result is fuller appearing and symmetrical lips.
FULL LIP COLOR (INCLUDES LIP LINER)
The full lip color permanent cosmetic procedure can brighten the entire face all day, every day. This full lip enhancement is the most advanced procedure for lips. Not only will it enhance your lip color, it can change the appearance of the size and shape of your lips. You can choose a pigment color like neutral soft pinky peach that adds a natural lip blush/tint. If you want a brighter pigment or one with more depth of color (a lipstick look), that can also be achieved. The lips will be defined (contoured with matching liner) to give volume and symmetry for a beautiful smile. Another benefit of permanent cosmetic full lip color is that the look of expression lines and aging wrinkles around the mouth are diminished creating a more youthful appearance.
Skin tone camouflage for scars, burns, vitiligo, etc., is generally a multi-session process, and fees per session may be assessed depending upon the complexity of the situation. For some the process can include dry needling coupled with the application of pigments to minimize the scar. Usually a test patch is required for proper matching of the surrounding natural skin tones. A healing period and final color analysis occurs and if satisfactory, then 21-30 days later the camouflage procedure takes place.
